Movies, like music, can influence and impact us in so many different ways. Which is why we need to be so careful what we watch and listen to. Thankfully, although Hollywood is flooded with the devils agenda, so many amazing christian movies are being produced at the same time. I’ve personally gotten to experience how a movie with Jesus at the center can impact our faith and our walk with Jesus in ways we may have not expected them to. Let’s dive in!

Superbook is THE most underrated children’s Bible show. It’s brilliant, we’ve been watching it every night
Not a bad list. However, War Room is a bit of a stretch since it features a successful, working black family in which the father is present.
Prayer room gives me ‘Carrie’ vibes.
I’ve seen a Case For Christ. It was such a blessing 1:28
A movie I highly recommend is “Because of Gracia” staring Moriah Peters. It tackles the subject of teen dating and sex before marriage. Extremely well done!
NEFARIOUS is movie with CHRISTIAN world view that is meant to help evangelize the horror movie goer. Learn about Steve Deace the author of the book by the same name that was made into the movie. A real Christian soldier!

A couple the seem to be under the radar are ‘Grace Unplugged:.I actually saw it first on TV and didn’t realize it was a Christian movie, but it has a great message, and Chris Tomlin has a cameo bear the end. Also, the movie ‘All Saints’. Saw it in the theatre and wasn’t sure what to expect. It was an amazing story of faith, obedience, hope and miracles

I saw the Sound of Hope in the theater when it came out at age 12 and it has deeply impacted me! It is probably my favorite Christian movie! ❤ 10/10

Thank you Alesia…I’ve watched almost all those…I love the God’s not dead series….war room is my favorite of all time, it never gets old….I love the Forge oh my God I’ve watched it like 3 times or more…I watched case for Christ when I was probably 16 or 17 now that I’m 23 I’ll have to go back because now is when I’ll understand the depth….the take home for me and probably assignments are unplanned and sound of hope….. however I HIGHLY recommend breakthrough….try it it’s amazing
Sound of hope is too close to me. We have adopted three kids and one of them has to live in a residential facility.

I do movie nights at my church (all christuan movies) I feel borred by alot of them but have found alot of good onse, the onse she mentioned are pretty good but Ive only seen GND 1 and havent seen the forge. A movie to watch and maybe read the book as they are similar yet pretty different is The Cross And the Switchblade 1970, a movie that ive seen 3 times and would be happy to see again, a great story of courageous protagonist going into a dangerous place to preach to people who need it.
I’ve seen most of these movies except Unplanned and The sound of hope. I’m going to give those a try. I have PureFlix and love watching Faith based TV shows and movies. I have a hard time watching shows and movies without the vulgarity, sex, and language so PureFlix is my go to. The Blind is a good one about Phil Robertson from Duck Dynasty and I Can Only Imagine about the lead singer of MercyMe. Jesus Revolution is another good one about a revival in California in the 70s where Greg Laurie is one of the college students being saved.
Another great movie is facing the giants. It shows us how to trust God.
Here’s an underrated movie I recommend there’s Jesus revolution and A Christian show called Wingfeather
I just watched the case for Christ yesterday, it was so good. It was a tear jerker. I love Christian movies.
This deserves it’s own slide….. everyone try out BREAKTHROUGH..,it’s about a teenage boy who drowns in ice water , dies and through his mother’s faith and prayer as well as community he’s brought back to life and recovers and also it’s a true life story
Favourite Christian Movies:
The Passion of the Christ (The crucifixion of Christ is very hard to watch, but it’s very important. I want to always be reminded of what He did for me on that cross and may the significance and value of his sacrifice never be lost on me.)
The Case for Christ (loved it so much I bought the books- also The Case for Heaven, which I haven’t seen yet)
The Forge (LOVED THIS ONE! Instant fan of the Kendrick Brothers after seeing this film!)
The Prince of Egypt (Childhood classic and my first real introduction to Exodus)
The Resurrection of Gavin Stone (Lighthearted Christian comedy that I thoroughly enjoyed. Also features one of my favourite WWE superstars- Shawn Michaels- whom is a Born Again Christian)

A Carpenter’s Prayer and Pray the Devil Back to Hell
Another great to watch is Hell and Mr. Fudge, a true story about a young pastor in the early 1970’s who does research if wether hell is eternal punishment or until the wicked die.
Victor is also a true story about a teenager in 1950’s who struggled with joining a street gang, juvenile delinquency and drugs.
Also The Cross and the Switchblade is a classic movie in the early 1970’s which also is a true story about a young man named Nicky Cruz who also was in a street gang and is encountered by Pastor David Wilkerson who wants help him and his friends who are dealing with juvenile delinquency and drugs.
You should also watch ‘To Save A Life’ Great movie!!
I think you should do a video on "Bad" Christian movies. Not to say poor quality or low budget but even those that are "Half Christian" movies that Christians should avoid.
