Thank you for this. I think we need to take a more active role in preparing those who are headed to college about what they can expect when they get there. We just covered a similar topic this week if you (or anyone else) are interested:

God opened all the doors for me to attend a school in CA, but I’d be over 100K in debt when I graduate. I can start online to save a TON of money, but would I be compromising then? I seem to have the idea that if I don’t attend on-campus this Fall I’m saying I don’t have enough faith in God that he will provide that money to pay off the debt down the road. Is this right?

    How about "depart from iniquity"?

There are going to be many people who will cry out, "Lord, Lord" and profess many wonderful works done in His name and yet be rejected as "workers of iniquity."

When a Gospel message is preached that teaches that one is born totally depraved and that the totally depraved nature remains after regeneration then obviously "working iniquity" becomes part of the Christian walk. Thus these wolves rip passages like Romans 7 out of its context and teach that a Christian struggles with ongoing willful sin yet due to trusting that Jesus was punished in their place (which is not taught in the Bible) they are ok with God because His wrath was satisfied.

People really need to read their Bibles without it being filtered through these false teachers. They would be surprised to find a Gospel inclusive of the "death of the old man" and "obedience from the heart setting one free from sin." They would be surprised to find that we "partake in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust." Aspects which these wolves never teach in their well oiled deceptive message.

Jesus warned of massive deception and contended that we be not deceived. Believe Him and dig deep and strive to enter the narrow gate which few are able to.

Please put together a playlist of videos that are directed towards college students! You have been uploading so many good ones and it would be nice to be able to find them all in one place. Does this make me lazy?

if you do not have a schedule / timetable, with class time as a priority already, college probably isnt for you.

I just recently started at a church, I am spending so much time at home reading the Bible and now I am feeling bad about working from Saturday night 11 pm to 9 am Sunday morning. I don’t know what to do to support my bills but also not work on Sundays as a full time college student.
