Dear Lord, I need you now! You know what I’m going through right now, and I know You understand my pain and suffering. I also know You have a plan, and I need to trust You! When I listen to Your scriptures Father, my heart is quickly put back into peace and calmness. I crave Your presence Lord, and Your words. Please calm my soul and body. I’m anxious right now, and only Your words can ease my anxiety like this. I long for peace Father. My life has been a little unstable lately. I know You have a plan though, and if I can just simply have faith in Your plan Lord, then everything will be as it should be. I love you so much Lord!

I listen to these specific scriptures to calm my anxiety that is caused by everyday life’s struggles. I even listen sometimes to help relax my mind and body at bedtime to sleep.
