I’m going through anxiety right now and it’s been so tough lately like never thought I’d be so down BCS of this or stressed and scared to die but I just need Jesus lately because it’s been somewhat the only comfort thing so I just need his help and encounter him one day

I struggle with this and leaning on nicotine to resolve it which does not help please pray that I can lay it down I talk to him about it I beg him to let me lay it down yet here I am my future children do not deserve to see that
I’m going on a missions trip in a month across the world. I’m deathly afraid of flying. I’m completely freaking out. My group I’m going with was praying for me today and I couldn’t stop shaking with fear. As I’m sitting in my bed I look up ‘anxiety and Christianity’ this is the first video that shows up. God is SO present. We learn to trust Him when we are faced with trials that He helps us overcome, every time. He sends people and situations our way to teach us HOW to overcome. I saw a comment about not knowing how to give things to God. It gets easier over time and sometimes it’s easier said than done. Please do not ever lose hope because everything happens the way it does to help us grow in our walk with Him. God bless you all

I’m going through anxiety right now and it’s been so tough lately like never thought I’d be so down BCS of this or stressed and scared to die but I just need Jesus lately because it’s been somewhat the only comfort thing so I just need his help and encounter him one day . I hope yall can take time to pray for me as I’m in the midst of all these thoughts trying to break me down but I will fight and not give up as I’ve made a promise despite all the scary moments I thought I was gonna die but deep down I know I’m okay and you just gotta remind yourself and find god if nothing else comforts you.❤ love you all guys hope yall heal in whatever situation you are in!

Hey Bryce. I absolutely resonate with your testimony and your story so much! Your love for Christ is beautiful. You may be in your early 20s but are spiritually mature enough to be 45. Keep going my guy. And just remember that the Holy Spirit is there to help us and guide us when ever we need him. You can feel his love when ever you want. I will just stop what I’m doing sometimes go into my worship room and commune with him or praise him whenever I need to feel his love. And want to show him my love for him. I was saved 6 months ago. Before I was saved I didn’t even believe God existed. I was told as a kid that God isn’t real. I was never around it. Then my wife seen someone wearing a T shirt with the name “River NW” so she googled it (the Holy Spirit nudged her) and found out it was a church, so she goes to a Wednesday service while I was at work. I get home and I could just tell she was different. She looked different sounded different and acted different so I asked her what did you do today. You look different and she told me she went to church and I was like. What!?! lol. Long story short I walked into this church and IMMEDIATELY felt at home. I have been to church a few times but never felt the presence of God or anything like that. This time was different. I got saved was born again and have been to church every Sunday since. And have been fighting to be better and more like Jesus. Building my relationship with him. Wanting to be a better son to my Heavenly Father. Thank you for what you do. I know you probably won’t read this and that’s totally okay. Hopefully someone reading this that hasn’t been born again this will help them get closer to God. I think it would be amazing to have a conversation with you some day Bryce. You are an evangelist and so am I. God bless.

Also after praying make sure your gut health is in order. By having the right foods my anxiety was so much easier to handle. Just fyi

i’ve been struggling with both crippling anxiety and mental health for years now, and I’m only 17. I’m going to a residential treatment program for my mental health, and I’m bringing my bible with me, but sometimes it feels like no matter what i do, He just won’t help me…
