In many communities across the country, there are organizations helping people with food insecurity, job loss, and the ability to provide for their families. In Kentucky, the Henderson Christian Community Outreach Center is an example of one of those organizations. The Henderson County Cooperative Extension Service is lending a hand with cooking classes and teaching people how to grow their own vegetables.
