The passion of Christ and prince of Egypt and the Ten Commandments
OF COURSE WHITE WASHED EGYPTIANS 10:59
Do top upcoming movies based on the bible
Hey guys!! Love your top10s. Is there any top 10 movies about real miracles? If not… wouldn’t be about time??
I thought Noah was pretty good. But for me those stone giants kinda ruined it (and some other things, but I watched this movie some time ago, so I don’t remember that well).
Some of these films mock God
That is not good .
The passion of Christ was very good
Although Jesus did not die on the cross
He died on a torture stack .
It’s not good to mock God
It’s very offensive. I love the Ten Commandments .
Charlton Heston great actor
Gibson is Top
Video starts: “Say your prayers”
Rameses: “NOOOOOOOOOOOO”
Noah suuuuuuuucked
I am not a religious man but still The Ten Commandments is my favorite movie of all time.
Passion of the Christ is "controversial for it’s extreme violence." So you’re saying the crucifixion wasn’t violent???
Prince of Egypt has got to be one of *the* best. Though I also enjoyed the old Ben-Hur. Haven’t seen the new one.
The Gospel According to John is very underrated (the movie, if you don’t know it exists ;-;)
If 10 commandmensts isn’t first, Passion of the Christ 2nd. You are idiots.
this list was trash. Clearly, it was too based on boxoffice success and not on quality of film. If it were based on anything a countdown like this SHOULD have been based on, ‘Exodus: Gods and Kings" would have been somewhere on it. I call shenanigans.
Google the Northern Cross, by Aquilla Fleetwood, youtube!
Google Night Signs by Aquilla Fleetwood, youtube!
“If realism isn’t your thing” you realise what kind of list this is right?
How can a bible movie be a comedy
"The Ten Commandments" is Legendary movie.
I agree with #1 and #2, but I would flip them. Ben-Hur is the GREATEST Jesus movie ever made and one of the BEST movies ever made period.
Did that guy really fee run over by horses in Ben Hur?
All of the Israelites in the bible are in fact so-called Negros today
My own list of the best biblical movies :
1. Passion of the Christ – 2004
2. The prince of Egypt – 1998
3. Jesus of Nazareth – 1977
4. The ten commandments – 1956
5. Ben Hur – 1959
6. Joseph : King of dreams – 2000
7. Exodus : Gods and kings – 2014
8. Noah – 2014
9. The creation of the world – 1958
10. Jesus – 1979
I wonder why dreamwork didn’t keep making those biblical animated movies, with characters such as Elijah, Noah, Jonah, David and Solomon. that would’ve been awesome.
So Jesus of Nazareth doesn’t make the the list or even an honorable mention?
The 10 commandments my greatest film . Cecile B D Milles a true man of faith.
The Gospel of John is the Best Scripture based movie
I am.a muslim and i love The prince of Egypt it should be the best in your list
Life of Brian shouldn’t be here LOL
That’s basically a parody…it’s the opposite of what this list is.
Blasphemy, find better videos these suck and are misinformation. Don’t trust MOJO
if you’re talking about movies inspired by the Bible, you should at least mention "The Lord of the Rings" or "The Chronicles of Narnia" but thats just my opinion. 🙂
Jesus of Nazareth 1972
5:39 This is the reason why The Passion should have been released in IMAX.
I don’t think Jesus would of had long hair if In the Bible he says that it is an disgrace for a man to have long hair and he isn’t a hypocrite

#10-my favorite Jesus biopic.
#9- Good, but not great IMO.
#8-Not as good as the 2000 version, again-that’s opinion.
#7-MMM…9/10-good if you don’t treat it AS a Bible movie.
#6-Very funny movie!
#5-My first R Rated movie-I saw it when I was 14. I’ve seen it about 15 times now in about 5.5 years-I adore it!
#4-A tie for my favorite movie-very uplifting and thought-provoking!
#3-Along with it’s prequel-my favorite animated movie!
#2-My favorite Best Picture winner and Charlton Heston movie!
#1-Not my #1, but a masterpiece nonetheless! I actually prefer #3’s telling of the story, though.
HM:
Samson and D.-Very good, not 10 Commandments level.
The Robe-not a favorite Bible movie as of now but very good!
King of Kings-Liked it, not with the hype though-8/10.
Have not seen the others.
Stop lying to people
All the prophets are black
Shrek Is the bible
Not Noah is to bible what dragon ball evolution is to dragon ball manga. A total disregard of the source material.
11:39 Jonah: A Veggie Tales Movie is one! 🙂
I’m probably one of the few minority who absolutely LOVES the Passion of the Christ. Such a beautiful film with a powerful message centered around the day love really won.
Prince of egypt is mah fav
My most favorite bible movies are The Ten Commandments (1956), the EPIC Ben-Hur (1959), and my most favorite childhood movie THE PRINCE OF EGYPT.
Are you kidding me, the Passion of the Christ should always be number one. Phenomenal, just phenomenal.
Top 3 picks: BEN HUR (1959) THE TEN COMMANDMENTS (1956) THE ROBE (1951)
