I just finished watching this movie, Greater. My heart is broke all over again. I Lost my daughter 4 years ago, and I continue to ask why, I continue to try to understand as to why and for what purpose. Brandon’s life has been more of an impact since his passing than maybe it ever would have been if alive today. So as a parent that has lost a child way way too soon, Greater gives me a new found hope and perspective on the loss of my baby girl. Could it be the purpose of tragic loss must happen for the impacting of lives later on after passing…. be Greater.
Good movie, story, acting and direction. To into the faith based for me, I believe in hard work and effort.
The message I got from this was; Seek the kingdom of the Lord and His righteousness first and everything else your heart desires will follow ♥️
As a middle school football player who always gets made fun of for being fat, this really gives me hope that God will lead me down the right path.

The ending scene also teaches us how God works. God knew that if he turned around and saw what was on the field without talking to his mother first—- he wouldn’t have understood everything. But God made sure before he turned around and saw the field for what it truly was—- he must speak to his mother first. Beautifully crafted.

Some people are beacons of light for their goodness that shines on others and makes them better people. Sadly GOD only lets them shine for a finite time before he calls them home knowing those around them are better people because of how they lived…And died…RIP Burls…

As someone who rode bench four years during high school and never missed practice I was always to study the other teams film and my place was on a practice field. Senior year I stood in full pads and Jersey holding a State Championship Trophy with my team. This film hits personal for me. Thank you for that.
