My favorite advice I’ve gotten is to remember when you’re fighting that you’re on the same team! Try to fight together instead of fighting each other.

Another thing I’ve heard about fighting is to fight naked or hold hands while you fight.

The tone of voice part is SO true! My husband has ADD and does not realise this. Trying not to listen to the tone but to the words is VERY hard. And a friend gave me an amazing tip. If you want your friends and family to accept your partner, don‘t just talk bad things about them… this does not mean you can not get help from your friends but also share the things you love, the positive things. Give the ones close to you the chance to see the amazing person they are!

How do you deal with your Inlaws on your husbands side if they’re too controlling and always interfering and wanting to know everything that’s going on.

  25. MrsPink64 on May 28, 2019 at 12:59 pm

We will be married 30 years this year. We pray with each other and give each other good bye kisses each day. We don’t read each other’s minds. We are very pro, use your words. We laugh together every day. No tv or phone at the dinner table. We go on dates every week. That can be groceries or a walk. Sometimes it is a church social.

Shalom sisters. I’m from China. I was blinded and the saying was not given to me. I thought MAYBE I could get remarried with another man rather than my ex-husband(I’m still married to him in Yahweh’s eyes). I was harden-hearted. BUT after I prayed and fasted to Yahweh, and I asked Yahweh for many things such as let my whole heart love Him, the. This saying was given to me. Only Yahweh can change a heart. How little this life is compared to eternal one? It’s not worthy to live in a pleasure-sin in this life then be thrown into hellfire for eternity.

If you’re in same condition and have not received this saying yet, do not wait but cry to your Creator Yahweh, then you’ll see the end of it.

“………and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.”
    ‭Matthew 19:9 ‬
“…….All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given.”Matthew ‭19:11‬
    Here is my testimony: https://youtu.be/l4SrktePztw

Advice: continue to date your spouse! Win win situation.

  28. Rickey Authement on May 28, 2019 at 1:04 pm

Always have an open mind and remember what your long term goal is. Marriage. Pick your battles – is it really that important to fight over?

    good rules to follow:
    1. Find a mate with same religious beliefs.
    2. Find a mate with same political beliefs.
    3. Find a mate with the same monetary belief system – if you are frugal dont date a shop -ahaulic
    4. Find a mate with similar family goals and ideals. If you want 1-4 kids dont date someone that doesn’t want kids.
    5. People that have had long term marriages usually knew within a half year or so they wanted to marry that person or they saw themselves with that person long term.they were dating. If you find yourself in that situation you have a decision to make.
    6. Dont be a whore. "if you can get the milk for free why would they want to buy the cow"
I know that sounds crude but I see more and more women and men living together without getting married. they have no reason to marry – they have all the best without the paper work.
