Thank you for these vids it reallly helped me the most when i was in a deep depression ❤️

Your words are truly so powerful and hit hard to me.. Hard.. I totally can understand and relate to this. These words made me cry so much but it all was just hitting home for me. You are an inspiration and I tend to listen to more of your words. I don’t know know if its personal experience or watching someone close to you go thru all this, but you sure made it exactly how I feel a lot of times. Please keep up the amazing words and know that you have touched my heart and soul. I have heard many songs, poems and teachings but no one has ever come this close to the real feelings. Instantly as soon as you spoke you made me break down and cry. All because you are describing me.

Medication and support groups is like putting water in a bucket with holes. But if u reach out to jesus, he will give u a bucket with no holes, bc he will give us what we need

something I found to help is to stand up to those who have hurt you in your head. things won’t change for them but you can look at things differently. I sometimes have arguments with my mother in my head as she is the leading factor in my depression and it helps. it helps me to see things differently to see things more clearly. it helps me to be at peace, if not forever then for a few minutes. knowing what I could say if the time ever came is more of a help then walking in blind. it’s like studying for a test where you have an idea on what it’s about but u have no clue what the questions are. it helps me. if the argument ever does happen (hope and pray it doesn’t) I’ll be ready and have an idea of what to say and where it might go. I have gone over this argument probably 100 times so I have a rough guess on what exactly will be said and what I can say in response. hope this helped anyone.

Anxiety and depression r different for everyone that’s why we cant judge. For me its feeling hopeless and like I’m not in control and I hate not being in control, for me its biting my nails, picking my skin, my thumb against my forehead from frustration, for me it the never ending worry of silly things and the feeling or not feeling like me. Lifes hard but I’m finding ways to cope

1:27 i was 10 when I had my first really bad panic attack, and I didn’t even know what it was or what triggered it. My irrational ten year old brain was convinced something tried to possess me. Before that, from the time I was eight, I would randomly burst into tears telling my mom that I thought I was going to die, but it was months before that of me crying about it by myself thinking I was stupid and too sensitive and being to afraid to tell her. My brother does the same things I did, and he just turned eight. I’ve never been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder because my family won’t take me to a psychiatrist, but I know the way I function and react to things isn’t normal.

Clayton. I have to say at 20 years old I see you as a role model for me. This video has helped open my eyes even more. I walked the road unspoken. Doing unforgettable things that I can’t take back. Seeing how you came back has inspired me. I pray for a better outcome than my in. Thank you.

Thanks a lot for providing individuals with a very spectacular possiblity to read critical reviews from this website. It is often so fantastic and as well , stuffed with a great time for me personally and my office fellow workers to search your site at least 3 times per week to see the newest stuff you have. Of course, I’m also always amazed for the gorgeous things served by you. Some 3 ideas on this page are absolutely the most impressive we’ve ever had.
