There is nothing wrong with the bible because it is inerrant AND God-breathed, but people can always interpret it the wrong way.
For example, some people might take the poems literary or the symbolism literally… As time goes on I will make more videos about the Bible. But for now, check out this video so that you will know how to read the bible as a beginner.

    I have a question.
I have a Bible that I’m considering reading for the first time, but something still confuses me. When you’re in church, they’ll say something like "Open to Psalms 18:20". How do you _find_ Psalms 18:20? There’s no page numbers (why oh WHY won’t they add page numbers?). What am I supposed to do, rapidly flip through the whole book until I see "Psalms" at the top of a page? I just tried it and it was a long and tedious process.

When my uncle Jeff passed away I was only in grade 6. It was a Wednesday my swimming lesson night & I was cleaning my basement @ my moms house. I must of been about 12. There was a set of stairs then a little piece of wall for the light switches & then the laundry room door. My uncles crutches were leaning against that little wall & one crutch went down & then came back up with out making a sound. I booted up the stairs as fast as I could. That night my mom woke me up saying that my uncle Jeff had passed away in a car accident & it was around supper time when he died & it was around that time when the crutch moved.

That is why I know there are spirits & an afterlife. Someday I will see my son again when my spirit leaves my body & is able to cross the veil to the other side. We will see our children again!

With all the books I have been reading I was doing what they said to do. Say the persons name 3 times & ask the question 3 times. I did this with my son’s name & didn’t see anything happen so I did it again with my mother in laws name. I was laying on the couch at the time with my grandson facing the kitchen. I got up to go to the bathroom & came back & the clock that was over our heads on the wall of the window, the glass door of the clock was open. I asked my grandson that is only 3 if he had opened the clock & he seemed like he was clueless to what I was asking & so I asked him to close the clock door & his fingers barely touched & he said it was too high. This clock belonged to my mother in law so I think it may of been her rather than my son.

I still feel broken even though I have seen things that give me hope that I will see my son again. I now am currently trying to learn the bible. I need to understand why I seen things & what it means. I feel like I’m blindly searching for answers because I have no guidance or help to understand what I have seen & what it means. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Question: I’m in the looks of getting a Bible to read, but why is it that some Bibles already have red typing in them? What does it mean? And should I buy one that has red typing? Thank you for all the help.

  28. @LeesaDexter on May 25, 2025 at 9:47 pm

Thank you.I was wondering if I should start with the New Testament. And yes that is your advice and that’s what I will do. I’m 65 years old.In 2020 I became a Catholic.I went to the classes.I wanted to be in a church that was ritualistic and all about jesus. Also the old testament and I made the right choice. But i’ve never read the whole bible just bits and pieces. Thank you for your advice

  29. @josephpadilla600 on May 25, 2025 at 9:47 pm

Now I knew how Jesus felt how the Scribes and Pharisees coming to him full of pride having the full knowledge of the scripture, (Matthew 15:2) about the tradition " WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE EATING" as said in the scripture ( maybe in Exodus 30: 13-21) but I could not find that anywhere in the old testaments. I find even today, people slaps into my face bible verses that is miles away that is not related to the topics being discussed just because the verse conform to his logic of reasoning, if it is read only not the whole content, is the best way to describe me, being wrong and he is at side of truth, also trying to twists every combination of verses to make a new meanings from the Bible and twisting the words to confirm that he is the one who is right. Just pick a verse here and there to make him looks he knows the Bible so well. Does the phrase " Rightly dividing the Word of Truth " came to mind? (2 Timothy 2: 15).

  39. @masterexploder213 on May 25, 2025 at 10:06 pm

So I just started reading my bible as my nightly sleep routine. Ill hop in bed, pray, mouth guard in, CPAP mask on, book light on and start reading. I, as a beginner, had no idea how to read the bible so i just started from genesis and worked my way forward but then a little after the story of Noahs ark, stuff started getting confusing so I tried the new testament. Im in the book of Matthew and am loving it. May God richly bless you all and take care.
