"Since 1137 when the first reliable records apparently were made of such disasters, 1,096,000 persons have lost their lives by earthquakes. This total does not include the destruction wrought by kindred catastrophies like the burial of Pompeii and Herculaneum.
In periods earlier than the twelfth century the loses were doubtless correspondingly great, at least, but history is vague or silent on these events. it is supposed by scientists that many years of the earth’s surface now quiet were in ancient and primeval periods the scenes of terrific shocks
No earther earthquake remains recorded than that of 425 B. C., when the island of Euboea was formed. What loss of life there was then not even a legend relates. An earthquake accompanied the eruption of Vesu-vius in 79 A. D. In 742 A. D. Syria, Palestine and other regions were devastated by a series of shocks which destroyed more than five thousand towns and hundreds of thousands of persons.
Sicily’s earthquake in 1137 took fifteen thousand lives, and from that time history is replete with records of similar catastrophes. Earthquakes have occurred with greater frequency in volcanic districts, and particularly along the boundaries between great elevations and depressions. But such shocks are not confined to volcanic areas, and, indeed, they have often occurred in regions remote from them. One large zone particularly liable to earthquakes encircles the earth. It includes the Mediterranean lands, the Azores, the West Indies, Central America, the Sandwich Islands, Japan, China, India, Persia and Asia Minor.
China’s and Japan’s losses have been enormous and earthquakes there have been of such frequency as to excite little comment. The Japanese scientists have been diligent students of these phenomena, and the number of their opportunities is evident from the fact that between 1885 and 1892, when the closest observations were made, there were 8,331 earthquake shocks. In 1703 200,000 Japanese lives were lost in the earthquake at Yeddo. Her latest great disaster of that kind was in 1891, when 10,000 persons perished in the Island of Hondo."

Jesus’s Blood was shed so we could be forgiven. Jesus’ Body was placed in a tomb. On the third day God raised Jesus from death to Life. Jesus will never die again. Jesus left the tomb and was seen by witnesses who said He is alive. Jesus ascended to Heaven and sat down at the right hand of God. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son so that anyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. Anyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21, Romans 10:13, Joel OT. Read the New Testament in the Bible to find out more about Jesus. God Loves You Very Much.

I believe that it might not be of utmost importance to exact a time of Jesus’ return. Keep vigilant and look for Him. You will know Him. It could be end times now but thinking we know is foolish. Be ready at all times not just when thinking it’s end times. Glory be to God
It occurs to me what with President Trump helping to facilitate peaceful relations between various nations: between India and Pakistan; Thailand and Cambodia; Azerbaijan and Armenia, and in a couple African countries, that a scenario of "peace and safety" is building until which time the rapture occurs tipping over a domino effect of world war.

Now I am seeing all of the bad stuff going on nowadays and it is really hitting me hard now. God bless you immensely Ray. When I became a baby Christian, I did not know how to pray to God. But about 6 months or so after I became a Christian, he taught me how to pray to him. He led me know harvest is plentiful but workers of God are few. Only few are willing to live and die for Jesus while the rest is too entangled in worldly culture and business. When I pray to God, he responds to my prayer request in seconds or minutes and not hours or days. Because to the power of the prayer, he had me bring to my home homeless people in the Tacoma community who are ex murders, assaults, druggies, etc.. and give them a place to sleep and offer them food and clothes to wear. I would drive them to church, do a bible class at home, take them shopping, etc.. God taught me before I can preach about LOVE, I need to walk in LOVE first. Sharing the gospel with my neighbors, strangers I meet at the store, people I bump into at the gym or car repair shop, is one of the essential things I can do to show love to my neighbor so they can live with Jesus when they leave this earth. If I do not know how to pray to God like I do now and ask for his instructions and guidance on my life, I can not help the people I have helped through my faith being led by the holy spirit via prayers. Every person has to stand before Jesus for Judgment. He will say "Good job, my faithful servant or I never knew you."
