I’ve witnessed this before. A young Pastor was soo sick. However, it was his opportunity to preach and get some experience. He had a fever, sweat was pouring. His voice was raspy. You could tell he was miserable. Yet, he kept apologizing and preaching. At some point we all realized he wasn’t sweating. His voice was strong and the message was about the vessels Jesus used during his first miracle. It was amazing to see. I’ll never forget.

My aunt was diagnosed with Berretts disease and had it for years. She was prayed over by many of us and YHWH healed her.

Yes! The book you refer to is by Viktor Frankel, and it’s titled, "Man’s Search For Meaning." . It’s one of my favorite books!

This is encouraging as the wife of my husband who’s been sick for the last 7 years, house bound for 3 years, and bed bound for 1, with no answers or solutions in sight. I intellectually know that God can heal my husband. But I also know his and my suffering had been transformative in our lives, and an encouragement to those around us looking in. We have also suffered at the hands of charletains, who when their "healing prayer" didn’t work, resorted to telling my critically ill hsuband thay he was in a romantic relationship with a demon and THAT was why he wasn’t healed. My husband has expressed many times to any who will listen, that he has never been more holy, and more reliant at the feet of Jesus, than when he has been sick.
It’s difficult to walk the tight rope of hoping and trusting in the fact that God can do these powerful healing miracles, but may not choose to do so in our life on earth, and instead healing may come after death. A journey of suffering is a beautiful paradox of hope and forebearance, expectation and gratitude, while giving God the glory in all things – at our rising every morning, and at our laying down at night.

  12. @maloriefrancis1534 on August 24, 2025 at 1:03 am

Good episode but what is the Bible verse that says we have to pray for the sick? It says you can lay your hands and command them to get healed in Jesus’ Name..

    Mark 16:18

they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”

The great commission gave the authority to the believer..

    John 14:12

Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father

I am not saying we cannot pray fir the sick of course we can but the authority to lay hands and command sickness is not exclusive to the apostles, it is for every believer.

What a great show, I’ve been sharing these messages with brothers and sisters. These messages grow our faith and help with understanding. God bless you gentlemen

  14. @JasonTaylor-e1o on August 24, 2025 at 1:05 am

Please please do not let negative comments slow y’all down in any way. People will always pick a point of contention, which you mentioned, to stop learning and listening to the truth. Let them deal with that on their own but we can still pray for them. thank you both for all you do.

I’ve never thought of all the "propaganda" out there to deny that He IS God. you praise HIM, just praise. I’m crying too ya’ll

  16. @NoLimeLightProductions on August 24, 2025 at 1:05 am

This is an amazing channel. Loving the engaging conversation about the word.

  17. @dantangen1618 on August 24, 2025 at 1:09 am

Maybe this has been mentioned in the comments already, but I think you’re a little off on being able to heal and do other miracles in the name of Jesus. How else could you explain this first?
    Mark 16:17-18 ESV
[17] And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak in new tongues; [18] they will pick up serpents with their hands; and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

there are several other verses that refer to a believer’s ability to perform miracles in the name of Jesus. Paul writes extensively about it as well. To say that a person does not have the ability to heal or do other miracles in the name of Jesus is actually going against Scripture itself.

You said the correct name….. Duane Miller but my brain hurt Dwayne johnson….. So I’m looking up on Google Dwayne Johnson healing LOL

  19. @davidwhitaker2211 on August 24, 2025 at 1:10 am

I had to stop some tears from falling when you said He’ll wipe away our tears. I so long for the day that my Lord and Savior and Father will take away all the pain of this world and the sins that give birth to death. Life in this fallen world hurts so much, but praise be to Jesus because he is worthy of it all! Thank you Father. Hallelujah

I’ve been an alcoholic for years… As well as a believer in Christ.. I have not been affected the ways others have been…I feel that’s a miracle

  23. @SushiSamuri on August 24, 2025 at 1:16 am

I think we have the ability to persevere through hardships/suffering through the power of the Holy Spirit and if we’re living for Christ, we will experience hardship( look at the Apostles )and aren’t guaranteed a happy life. We are to seek holiness instead of happiness, and in doing so, we have joy that can only come from knowing and living for Jesus. I’ve seen Christians that are the most faithful to spreading the gospel, have a great deal of suffering and yet have a joy that unbelievers find hard to understand because they haven’t yet come to Christ.

  24. @debcoulombe9933 on August 24, 2025 at 1:19 am

You got cessationists wrong. We *absolutely* believe miracles are ongoing. We just don’t believe the apostolic gifts continue. No one in this age can lay hands on the sick and heal them consistently. The healing is thru prayer, not the words/hands of an apostle. In the same way, there are no prophets; if there were, EVERY prophecy they spoke would come to pass, not this hit or miss fakery you see on social media. But can the Holy Spirit speak to you? Of course. But if even once the thing you "heard" is not true, you are deceived into believing your own feelings. Not once was an apostle confused or unsure about whether the Holy Spirit was speaking.

dostoevsky argued that that if you need miracles, you do not really have faith in god.

It’s a good teaching, but Roman’s 12 verse 6-8 says God gives us gifts. One of the gifts is the gift of healing. Jesus said that He gave us ALL authority. I don’t quite agree with your pint of view on healing. Good to wrestle with God’s word

Hallelujah! God is still in the miracle business!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

  32. @gathercreatelivewithleslie8340 on August 24, 2025 at 1:31 am

Four minutes in and I had to comment about miracles. I’ve had many throughout my life. One was when my mother tried to kill me with a gun. She pointed it directly at me a squeezed the trigger. The bullet jammed and I was out the door and homeless for months at thirteen years old. He always cared for me, even when I didn’t know him yet. My husband was driving home one Sunday after church. I had stayed home with my son feeling unwell. He was doing 75 on the highway and a tire came off a trailer and landed in front of him. He swerved to try and avoid it and hit one end and rolled the vehicle. It smashed on the passenger side, where I would have been and landed flat in the middle of a wide area between the other side of the highway. Before the accident was a bridge and he would have been killed and after was a ravine. He got out completely unharmed to an off duty police man, a doctor and a nurse, they had pulled over to help. He didn’t have a scratch on him and never had any injuries. Everyday I pray for safe travels for him and God was and is faithful. That same day two other roll overs happened at slower speeds and those occupants died at the scene. God spared him. Everyone was shocked that he didn’t get hurt or have whip lash. We still have miracles with God.

    Ephesians 4:11-13

    New King James Version

    11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the [a]edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;
