First of all, Christians need to find Jesus. They seem to have lost him.
The best thing you can do when you decide to become Christian is to realise what a mistake you’ve made and why it is such utter nonsense. Then you can grow up and become a valuable member of the real world.
So… i was born in a christian church. I am 10 and i knew my bond with god was growing apart. yes i was praying every week but every prayer was asking 4 things and not thanking him for all he has and will still be giving me. this made me relize how much i have been given and that god will care for me.
Hi, I’d like to ask something.. what should I do when I found out my friend converted out of Christianity? I met this girl when we’re at high school. She’s fun, caring, and a friendly person – at that time I felt that, even though I’m not that close to her (because we’re from different majors, and that we usually only meet during our bible study group after the Sunday service), something abt her made me feel like I need to be close to her. But I just don’t know how and why.
Time flies, and here I am, 6 years later.. I just scrolled my social media, and found out she just experience her first ramadhan this year. Don’t get me wrong, I do have lots of friends outside Christian, but.. this hits hard.
Now I felt really guilty for not understanding those feelings back then. I know everyone live for themselves, but, it’s just, we’ve stumbled upon each other at a certain point of time.
What should I do?

Becoming a Christian would change my life.

That would definitely change my life. In a horrifically bad way (as it always does when people become Christian), but it _would_ change it.

Diogo Jota died. I do believe in things happening coincidentially. All people on earth are responsible to take precautions for safety. However. I feel Jesus took his life (and his brother’s).
I do believe Jesus is so big he is above all this though. Maybe he had other plans for Jota’s life? Anyway. I guess my main point is that there exists a power above us who gives us happiness, meaning and above all balance in life.

Step one: learn about logic and epistemology. Apply those principles to your beliefs. The consequence will be that you will have to admit that there is no good reason to believe in any god(s) at all.

Before you can use the bible to demonstrate the existence of god, you have to demonstrate that the bible is true. And just a heads up, you can’t use the bible to demonstrate that the bible is true.

Why do we need to worship/prove our love to God to enter into Heaven. Is he Vain
Lets give Eternity a value lets say 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 years (but we all know its longer than that)
Why are we judged suitable for eternal life given an average life span of 90 years (Less than a eye blink in eternity terms)
What could we possibly do to deserve Hell for all Eternity (Even if Hitler was given a 1 million years for every person that died in WW2 he would eventualy pay for his sins, unless of course he went to confession before he died).
Did not God give us logical thinking and would understand the reasons we dont believe in him.
Why didnt God just let us be born in heaven.
If God knows that we will go to Hell, why would he let us be born.

The world currently has 8 Billion people and if only Christians(30%) go to heaven that means 5.6 Billion people will go to Hell.

I don’t know if I want to be saved, something/someone to be held accountable to or a sense of community. I guess all of the above but I feel the void and it’s stronger than ever. I’ve always believed in a higher power but I’ve never been taught anything, I guess I’ve picked up that Jesus is God’s son and he died for our sins.. I’m excited to learn more and be held accountable to someone or something. As a single 36 year old man with no children, I can do whatever I want whenever I want and that’s lead me to do plenty of things I’m not proud of.
I found Jesus—-or should I say He found me—-on the wee hours of 5/2/2025 while driving my truck(Rachael) on a completely empty freeway. The feeling I got was one I can never ignore, let alone forget. The joy that comes from finding there’s a God who gives the unconditional love my biological family denied me from birth—human words simply can’t say it!!! Thank you Jesus!!!!!❤✝️❤✝️

Religion is an obsolete human construct to address the fact that we die, and grieve while we live, and yet there is nothing watching over us, except for us. You have NO god/God, you have no good proof or evidence for any god, you have no good reason to believe in a god. The Bible is fictional text, and not historical whatsoever. What you consider evidence is wholly insufficient to render belief, you are credulous and hateful, you have no god of the Bible, divinity is fiction, and you have no good reason for these beliefs.
Christianity is on its way out, and you can’t do anything about it because all that matters is the truth in the real world.
Faith is the most disingenuous position to hold, and you wouldn’t under other realworld circumstances, faith is what you do when you have no evidence, and don’t know anything, it’s the opposite of critical thinking, the opposite of science. God is the opposite of something.
I am an agnostic but interested in theology such as this. Also, while I may agree with some atheists in this comment section, I also agree that going in to tell others that their faith is wrong and insulting them is a jerk move. We can be more mature than this.

How do I start my faith? I’m not even a believer? I don’t even know how to believe? What to start small with?
Just over ten minutes trying to explain how to handle becoming a part of this religion, and I’m surprised you ignored the first major thing they should ever be told; don’t take this literally, because that is just setting them up for failure.
Of course, if this is just another Christian Apologetics channel, I wouldn’t be surprised that you neglected that piece of advice.
