Christianity is about honesty, humility, love of neighbor, forgiveness, care for the less fortunate, and mercy, using the natural feeling of guilt and conscience to truly refine oneself to be like Christ.
“Self-improvement” bullshit, on the other hand, are lies, gaslighting, hypocrisy, narcissism, greediness, hyperindividualism, shallowness, mostly about physical appearances, revenge, hatred, prejudice, screwing other people over, indifference towards others, treating others as they are only commodities, no remorse!
And the knowing there is someone bigger than you (God) aiding you along the way makes the load of life light.
I found the best Self Improvement + Christianity hack => Build a family, have kids, establish good relationships to other people – that’s it!
